James Traynor represented PH Racing Club at a windswept Forfar 10k on Sunday morning. James put in a strong effort, finishing 2nd overall in 36.17.

Ben Hukins continued his winning ways on Friday evening recording 16.11 at the Beveridge Park 5k in Kirkcaldy. Racing Club team mate Ryan Lafferty clocked 16.44 in 2nd spot with Campbell Hutt placing 7th in 18.13. Wright Beverige took the honours in the Male 40 race finishing in 18.20 (8th overall) and Martin McNellis was the leading Male 50 in 18.56. Ed Norton was the first Male 60 timing at 20.26 while Keith Vandermotten enjoyed a solid run crossing the line in 21.02.

On Thursday Evening PH were represented by 4 members at the challenging Balbirnie Trail Race with Rachel Drummond continuing her superb season placing 2nd lady and clocking a time of 25.09. Scott Love covered the challenging course in 23.45 placing 8th overall, Arron Leitch had a strong race finishing 13th in 24.40 and Andy Jannetta was 30th in 25.42.

On Saturday morning, Ryan Lafferty was back at the Beveridge Park where he placed 1st at the weekly parkrun clocking 17.36. This was Ryan’s 18th first place at this event. Jonathan Peebles ran a new parkrun best of 17.05 at St Andrews placing 2nd while Martin McNellis was also 2nd at the new Ganavan Sands parkrun near Oban in 19.51. Dunfermline parkrun saw Alex Keenan place 2nd in 19.12.
