The race format shall see at least two races around the lapped race route. Indicatively Race 1 will be for runners who have a recent time for 5k of over 18:30 (TBC) and Race 2 will be for those runners who have a recent time of under 18:30 (TBC).

Cash prizes of £(TBC) shall be awarded to first male and female, £(TBC) to second male and female and finally £(TBC) to third male and female. In the unlikely event that there are faster times in Race 1 than Race 2 when it comes to prizes, prizes will be given based on time.
