PH Racing Club members were in action at both the Hill of Hope and Newburgh trail races this week.

Racing Club member James Traynor, representing Scottish Fire & Rescue Service AC, was in top form on Tuesday evening winning the Hill of Hope Trail Race from Strathmiglo in 29.20. Jonathan Peebles covered the testing 4.8 mile course, complete with 900 feet of ascent, in 30.03 placing 2nd overall while Arron Leitch finished 22nd in 35.56.

On Wednesday evening, Ben Hukins continued his winning ways at the Fife AC midweek series placing 1st at the Newburgh trail race in 23.24. In form Ryan Lafferty covered the undulating 4.3 mile route in 24.16 finishing a superb 2nd place overall.
