On a quieter weekend for racing there were still some top performances by Racing Club members across various parkruns.

At Edinburgh parkrun at Cramond, Darren Jubb was close to his 5k PB while placing an excellent 3rd in a time of 17.17.  Mark Western broke his long-standing PB in 19.36 and Ed Norton was once again 1st V60 in a time of 20.33.

Jason Buttery, running his home parkrun at Hartlepool, further improved his PB by over 30 seconds in a time of 21.39.

In Kirkcaldy it was a PH 1-2 with club coach Ben Hukins leading home the field in a time of 16.04 and teammate Ryan Lafferty in 2nd place in 16.56.  Three PH ladies also took part with Robyn Warrender quickest, followed by Natalie Brown, bagging a course PB, and Leanne Jubb who was close to hers.

Finally, at Perth, Scott Blyth demonstrated his recent improvement by taking almost a minute off his previous time from a year ago, crossing the line in 20.35.

Well done to all on these performances.
