Record numbers toed the line at 11am to take on the wind over a flat out and back course. Paul Kieran was first PHer home, finishing in an impressive 8th position in a superb time of 16:42. Kieran battled throughout with Jonny Peebles who set a new personal best time of 16:52 to come home in 12th place.

Robyn Morrocco continued her impressive run of form since joining PH to set another huge new personal best, finishing 6th female overall in a time of 20:06.

There were strong runs for Dan Monaghan and Aaron Bennet, who set new personal bests of 17:10 and 21:31 respectively.  Alan Cockburn completed the course in 19:20, Allen Marr continued his return from injury to set a season’s best of 20:04 and Ed Norton enjoyed a solid run to finish in 20:49.

PH Racing Club would like to thank Fife AC for putting on a great event, attracting such a high quality field and the photograph used.

Further afield, Anne Hartmann ran a superb 3:07:22 at the RheinEnergieMarathon Cologne (Koln) to finish 17th women overall.  Anne is pictured here with fellow PH member Luke Peel who competed for his English club Fulham Running Club.
