Racing Club’s Robert Sellar was in fine form at today’s Forth Road Bridge 10k finishing in second place in 36.07 behind race winner Paul Kieran of Carnegie Harriers with Edinburgh AC’s Michael Fullerton completing the top three.

Also among the prizes for PH was Martin McNellis who collected the V50 prize after crossing the line in 38.46.  Just ahead of Martin was Darren Candlish who set a new personal best of 38.30 over what is a deceptively difficult course and made up the PH trio that finished second male team behind Edinburgh AC.

Meanwhile, junior member Adam Vallance completed what was his first half marathon, the inaugural Great Aberdeen Run, in a time of 1.47.33.

Well done to Adam and to all PH finishers at the 10k and thanks to Pitreavie AAC for putting on a well organised race and excellent buffet. Thanks also to Wullie Law and Pitreavie AAC for the photos.
