PH Racing Club were in top form at the Carnegie Harriers Memorial Race held at Knockhill Racing Circuit on Tuesday evening. 

Colin Somerville scorched around the 3.9 mile course in a fast 20.49 finishing in 2nd place overall. Colin led home a succession of PH athletes with Jonathan Peebles placing 3rd in 20.56 and Darren Jubb 4th in 21.13. Stuart Mackay enjoyed a strong race taking 5th place in 21.15 with PH club mate Michael Combe finishing 6th in 21.18.

Rachel Drummond’s excellent season continues with a superb 2nd place finish in the ladies race in 25.04. Congratulations to Adam Vallance (27.02) who was the leading junior athlete on his club debut and to Ed Norton (25.02) who won the male V60 award.
