Week commencing 2nd May 2016
Tuesday – 6 x 4 minutes with 2 minutes recovery, there will also be an alternative session for runners doing the Scottish 5k championship race on Friday which will be 12 x 30 seconds with 2 minutes recovery.
Thursday – 3 x 2 mins, 6 x 1 mins, 3 x 2 mins all with 60 secs recovery.
Week commencing 25th April 2016
Tuesday – 5 x 5 minutes with 3 minutes recovery
Thursday – 16 x 1 minute efforts with 1 minute recovery
Week commencing 18th April 2016
Tuesday – 2 to 3 x 1.4 miles using the 1.4 mile Calais Woods Outer Loop with 4 mins recovery
Meet at Pan Handle loop at 6pm and from there we will take a warm up jog to Calais Muir Wood which is next to Duloch Sports Centre. This loop is on an excellent newly constructed trail surface. The loop is on Strava at https://www.strava.com/segments/11822172. For anyone tight for time, then please go direct to Calais Wood for 6.15pm sharp.
Thursday – 4/3/3/2/2/2/1/1/1/1 minute efforts with 2 minute recoveries for the first 6 efforts then 1 min recovery for the last 4 efforts.
