Ben Hukins made a welcome appearance in PH Racing Club colours at Sunday’s Glenrothes 10k, part of the Glenrothes Road Running Festival.
Olympian Derek Rae of Fife AC made a fast start leaving Hukins to race for second place with unattached Ryan Lafferty. Hukins came out on top of that battle finishing second overall in a new PH club record time of 34.11.
Stuart Tite was also in action in his first race since January and enjoyed a fine comeback with a top ten finish. A time of 36.11 was only a few seconds off his 2 year old personal best and secured ninth place.
The final PH representative in the race was Scott Love who was able to break his own personal best by a solitary second finishing in 38.17.
Well done to all and thanks to Wullie Law for the superb race photographs.
